Welcome to Synergist Movement Therapy. Being able to help you move better, and in less pain is the driving force to what we do. Bespoke plans tailored to your needs, providing patient centered care! Recover from pain, and increase your performance!
“We are extremely driven to help as many people as we can, bust through the myths, cut the noise and provide a knowledge base to propel patients to their ultimate best!”
This is achieved through movement, massage, exercise and most importantly knowledge to achieve the desired outcomes. We help driven individuals get the best from themselves, through training and pain/injury rehab, whether it be sporting or through personal work injury, helping clients to return to pain free movement.
Our lead Practitioner Brendan comes from a sporting background with the knowledge, experience and understanding that he can apply to get you to move better. Brendan has a wealth of experience, ranging from Celeb Boot Camps, Rugby and Football Clubs, Sporting events and years of running his own clinic.
We focus to help individuals, some of who are keen runners and are struggling with pain, injuries or lack of performance.
As an added benefit we also provide strapping and kinesiology taping aimed to provide support and protection for muscles / joints while still allowing a safe and functional range of motion. IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue massage) and Cupping to help alter painful tissues.
All of these modalities are used to reduce pain, and allow us to start a movement therapy (exercise) plan.
At Synergist Movement Therapy we strive to make all our services tailored to you the individual, and do not use a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. In order to provide you with the best experience, each treatment is specifically tailored to your needs.
We are highly qualified and insured therapists that belong to the Sports Therapy Association.
