At Synergist Movement Therapy our first and foremost goal is to put you, the patient first. Understanding your goals and asperations will enable us to deliver bespoke Therapy and Strength and Conditioning sessions for optimal rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
From a very young age Brendan has been involved in Sport. Growing up around a very competitive academic and sporting culture.
After finishing school Brendan went onto do multiple Sports Qualifications at College. And has now progressed onto a degree level Musculoskeletal and Exercise Diploma (Sports Therapy) and to compliment this he is also undertaking a Strength and Conditioning qualification. This in his opinion is the perfect marriage between getting clients stronger, more robust and more resilient, and if a injury were to occur he also has the knowledge and experience to be able to educate the client back to optimal movement, health and well-being.
“Sport alongside the anatomy and physiology of the human body has always been a passion for me. Still to this day I am blown away at what the body can achieve, given the correct nutrients, rest, stimulus and recovery, it can truly achieve greatness. We do not use a blanket approach to helping our clients achieve their goals, instead we treat every individual as just that, an individual.”
With a wealth of knowledge, and over 12 years within the Sport and Fitness industry, backed with up to date research. We use a number of methods and modalities to coach, guide and educate. This can range from exercise, injury prehab and rehab, strength and conditioning for sport performance/athleticism, sports massage, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and sport taping, to name just a few.
Brendan has been in a very fortunate position to have worked with many clubs and individuals in the past, currently the “physio” for Swaffham first team, has experience working with Kings Lynn FC as well as West Norfolk Rugby club.
He has also been working with Aaron heading (Team GB, Common Wealth Games) and recently Tokyo Olympic games qualifier. Stevi Levi Pro Boxer and Saffron Small British Cycling Breeze Champion.
