This month saw a few changes and additions to the business, our Swedish Massage apprentice Caroline joined the business. Caroline will qualify with her Swedish massage and Pregnancy massage in December. In the meantime she will be practicing at our current therapy rooms in Coxford and the Centre of Kings Lynn. Swedish massage is a fantastic way to relax the body and mind. Long gliding strokes with easing pressure is used to improve circulation, ease muscle tension and improve the state of soft tissue and pliability of muscle. The outlined techniques work in harmony with the approach to Pregnancy massage.

Synergist Massage has also started to introduce loyalty cards, we believe its a fantastic way to reward our loyal clients in getting free treatments, alongside the already competitive prices we offer, these include Sports, Deep tissue, Remedial, Pregnancy and Swedish massage. Along with the loyalty cards, we are introducing gift vouchers to improve and extend our service to new clients.

September also brought on the high possibility that I will be undertaking a Sports Therapy Diploma in the new year. This will broaden our scope of practice with the approach of injury rehabilitation, and corrective exercises.

Celebrating the season, as Autumn has now landed. We will be trying a new spiced liquid wax range, reminiscent of mulled wine and open fires, what could be better? How about 20% off any booking in October when “spice” is quoted.
